History: Originally produced by Play Along Toys from 2003 to 2004 to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Care Bears 1980s American cartoon. The rainbow 'Cheer' Care Bear has become incredibly hard to find in like-new condition, especially with tags. This Care Bear is distinguished by its heart-shaped plastic nose and round face, which are closer to the original cartoons than the modern plush charms produced today.
