All BAG CRAP pieces are shipped from Dallas, TX 🇺🇸

Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During major drops or high-volume periods, processing may extend slightly.

You will receive tracking via email as soon as your order ships.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any additional charges assessed by their country upon delivery

These fees are determined by your local government and are not controlled by BAG CRAP. All import fees must be paid to UPS/DHL before the package can be released. 

If an international package is refused or left unclaimed and returned to us:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping and customs charges will be deducted from any refund


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require additional postage for reshipment.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, it is in their care.

BAG CRAP is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, packages marked as 'delivered', or damage that occurs during transit.

If an issue arises, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier and submitting any claims. We’re happy to provide tracking details and carrier contact information to help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping insurance is recommended for added protection and can be requested via email for an additional charge.

Returns & Refunds

BAG CRAP does not accept returns, refunds, order cancellations, or exchange requests. All sales are final. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, it is in their care.

BAG CRAP is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage that occurs during transit.

If an issue arises, we are happy to assist you in initiating a carrier claim.

The majority of the items sold by BAG CRAP are vintage or handmade to some extent. The condition and construction can vary slightly from item to item. We do our absolute best to sell items in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear. Approximate item dimensions may be included in the product description; these measurements are approximate and not exact.
