Custom Bag Charm Pack or Bag Chain: Deposit
We are excited to re-open our bookings for BAG CRAP custom bag charm packs and chains, created in collaboration with YOU. Work one-on-one with BAG CRAP Creative Director, Amanda Marcuson, to design your dream bag charm set.
After you've paid the $50 deposit, you’ll receive a form to share your favorite colors, hardware preferences, themes, characters, vibes, interests, and any specific charm requests. From there, we’ll curate a one-of-a-kind charm set in true BAG CRAP style.
Every piece is built using carefully sourced vintage keychains, trinkets, and unique components — crafted to reflect you. We aren't afraid to turn just about anything into a charm, handcrafting each set in-house (literally) in Dallas, TX. Amanda will be pulling keychains from her extensive 20,000+ pc keychain archive. Most pieces in the archive are not listed for sale online, giving you a unique opportunity to purchase before the general public. Oh la la! Am I right?
How it works:
- Pay the $50 deposit (this will be deducted from the final cost of your piece)
- Fill out the post-purchase customization form (emailed within 48 hours of purchase)
- We’ll review your preferences and follow up via email to confirm we are aligned stylistically and confirm production time.
- We'll share photos (via text or email) with a selection of charms and keychains for you to choose from within two weeks.
- You approve the final charm set design before you're invoiced.
Production time:
- Typical production time: 2–4 weeks
- Timing depends on sourcing, the complexity of your request, and the number of orders in progress
- Rush orders can be accommodated for a minimum fee of $50
Final Pricing:
- The $50 deposit will be put towards the total cost of your custom charm set or chain

Most custom sets total $200–$500+, depending on:
- rarity of components
- number of charms
- sourcing difficulty
- specialty requests
- Most custom charm sets include 1-3 clips, 4-9 keychains/charms, a paracord or woven component, and a plush charm. Custom charm chains can be cut to any length, any size/width, with up to 100 miniature trinket charms. Most people enjoy the look of about 6-10 trinket charms on an 8" chain.
- You will be emailed a final total before completion if your design exceeds the price range indicated on your preference form.
- An invoice for the remaining balance, less the $50 deposit, will be emailed to you within 48 hours of completion. Payment is due no later than 7 days after completion. Failure to pay will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and charms.
- Shipping fees will be added to the final invoice (under $10 within the US, $32 International).
Important notes:
- Custom orders are non-refundable. If we do not hear from you within 1 week of sending the preference form, the final invoice, or at any point in the approval process, we have the right to cancel your order. This has yet to happen, but we like to respect your time and hope you do the same : )
- Each charm set is handmade, one-of-a-kind, and crafted sustainably.
- Vintage items may show light, charming wear — that’s part of their story
